Gosh Darn Police Line You Better Not Cross!
Is it the cop, or am I the one that’s really dangerous?
He was high on adrenaline and the thrill of the kill, which usually translated into something fun for him and his. It was a head rush, heady feeling that came when something inside you, some feeling you were striving for was sated, but not completely. The blood on his hands was still wet, sticky from when he had pulled the man’s arm from his socket, leaving him in broken bloody pieces on the floor. He had been an easy kill, an easy mark, but he’d fought back, or at least tried, and that was interesting enough. When they fought, it made it more of a challenge. It made it feel like more of a conquest than a mercy killing. Alloces didn’t see the point of giving humans life if they weren’t going to fight for it. If you weren’t going to fight for your own life, or that of others, you didn’t deserve to have it.

The apartment was dark and quiet, and he had to admit that was somewhat disappointing. His hands were still wet with blood. He knew she hated it when he did this, but he loved to watch the smear of blood against the paleness of her skin as he touched her. Most of the time he cleaned up before he came to her, but this time he was still so caught up in the rush that this time, he didn’t care. He wanted her. Now. It’s not like she was about to refuse him anyway. However, she wasn’t here, and his body was aching for some kind of release for the rest of this energy that he couldn’t expend. He was starting to pace, frantic, when he heard the sound of the door opening, and a soft voice coming from the hallway.
“Amy? You around?”
